Kenny Tonga is an award-winning media executive with over 23 years of experience. He is the Chapter Chairman for Television in the Media Owners Association of Zambia (MOAZ) and the founder and Executive President of Powerhouse Media, one of Zambia's most innovative and leading Media Groups, which include, Power FM, Beats TV and Power TV broadcasting to Zimbabwe, Malawi, Namibia, Botswana and Zambia in SD and HD. A former president of the Alliance Française of Lusaka, Kenny has been recognized for his leadership in the industry, notably winning the Leadership Excellence Award for Best Television Innovation. He is also a Mandela Washington Fellow, having studied business and leadership at Dartmouth College in Hanover USA. He creates jobs and empowers the Youth.

Mwenda’s entrepreneurial ventures primarily focus on the news media industry, while also extending a foot into the hospitality sector.

The TV Talkshows featured Women leader Captains of Industry, Female Enterpreneurs, CEOs and Social Impact Trailblazers.
